1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Description of Services

AI Plexus provides:

  • AI Automation Solutions: Voice receptionists, SMS nurturing agents, and appointment setting systems.
  • Vyralize AI: A content analysis tool that generates scripts and posts based on uploaded media.
  • Consulting: Strategic audits and implementation roadmaps.

3. Credits and Usage (Vyralize AI)

Certain features of the Vyralize AI platform operate on a credit-based system (e.g., "Analyze & Continue"). Credits are purchased in advance. AI Plexus reserves the right to change credit pricing or consumption rates at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by law.

4. User Content and License

When you upload video or image content ("Source Video") to our platform, you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant AI Plexus a license to process, analyze, and store that content solely for the purpose of generating the requested outputs (scripts, prompts, or posts).

5. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence. AI is probabilistic, not deterministic. You acknowledge that outputs (generated scripts, voice responses, or strategies) may occasionally be inaccurate, factually incorrect, or offensive ("Hallucinations"). You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or acting upon it.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Plexus, LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our AI agents or content tools.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
